This wine displays the primary characters of Manto Negro (aromas of red fruits like strawberries and raspberries) plus mineral notes from our vineyards, which are rich in salt and limestone.

Barrel type: 75% second and third year French oak barrels and 25% American oak barrels.
Handpicked from our own vineyards and subsequent selection of the individual grapes at our bodega to ensure the highest quality. It is fermented at a moderate temperature of between 25-27ºC to avoid over-maceration during extraction of the primary flavours of red fruits of the Manto negro grapes with smooth, rounded tannins of Cabernet, Syrah and Merlot. Finally, the 75% aged in barrels is combined with the 25% stored in tanks.
